Plan the month
Set what each page owes — 12 reels here, 8 posts there — and split it by category. Every published piece checks itself off.
An FX3, a 24-70, two lapels and a 300d go out as one kit at nine. Nobody else can book that body until it's back. Creator360 runs the cage, the calendar and the cut — from the first idea to the last view.
What's in the cage
How it works
Every transition is checked on the server, so a shoot can't be published before it's verified and a cut can't reach review without a link. The board just shows you where the work is.
Creators pitch
From their own app — an idea, a page, a voice note if it's faster to say it.
You decide
Approve with a shoot date and cast, call a meeting, or send it to the archive with a reason.
The work moves
Shoot, edit, review, verify. Every move is guarded and written to the item's timeline.
Numbers come back
Publish it, then record the reach day by day and watch the month's plan fill in.
One idea, end to end
A creator pitches itWhat it does
Set what each page owes — 12 reels here, 8 posts there — and split it by category. Every published piece checks itself off.
Ideas arrive from the team, you approve a shoot, assign an editor, review the cut and publish. Drag a card to move it along.
Cameras, mics and lights, grouped into kits. Book a kit and its camera is gone; book that camera and the kit goes with it.
Type the numbers straight off each platform's insights. A day you skip carries forward, so a gap never reads as a collapse.
Shoots, meetings and publishes on one calendar — the team's, or just yours if you're the one holding the camera.
Roles bundle modules and actions. Hand someone Posts & reach without Planning, and the sidebar matches what the API allows.
The gear cage
Every booking stores the full list of things it holds, whether you booked a kit or three loose items. So booking a kit blocks its camera, and booking that camera blocks the kit — in both directions, every time.
Back-to-back slots still work: a 9–12 booking and a 12–3 booking are a handover, not a clash.
Sound
Checking a kit out, signing it back in, dropping an item into a build, copying a link — each has its own short sound, closer to a latch on a camera case than a notification chime.
It's off until you ask for it, remembered per browser, and silent for anyone who's asked their system to reduce motion.
The desk sounds
Press a key — sound switches itself on.
